Default New bravia, help with set up

I just got a new sony bravia...its a 55 inch lcd 1080p

Has something called motion flow on the box...but in the menus it is in dark letters so i cant highlight it...what is it and how can i get it to work?
Theres also a ambient thing on there thats off but i can turn it on tho.

I have comcast cable and the hd/dvr...also wondering what you guys have on your settings...Thanks

Press "Home" on your remote.Then select "Product Support". Then selct "i-Manual". There's the manual for the tv.
I'll poke around later to see if I can find out how to get your motion flow working. I only use it for cable programs, never for Blu Rays, but to each his own.

it says on the box i have 120 mhz and motion flow

but when i go to settings motionflow is there but its in dark letters and i cant highlight it to turn it on....could it be my hdmi cable? or comcast hd/dvr?

the delivery guys hooked it all up when i was out...another thing when i watch tv i have to turn the volume up...but when i flip it to the 360 its extra loud lol...any pointers or help is appreciated guys thanks.

I still can't find why your motion-flow is disabled.
There's a huge thread on your tv over at avs forums. Probably some good info there.

Could it be the scene setting? The Graphic scene for example disables Motionflow on my Sony.
