James Franco is joining Danny McBride in Your Highness, the Universal Pictures comedy to be directed by David Gordon Green, says Variety.

Written by McBride and Ben Best, the comedy follows two spoiled and arrogant princes in a medieval fantasy setting. When an evil wizard casts a spell on their father and kidnaps the older prince's fiance, they're forced to go on a quest to save their family and the kingdom.

The film begins production July 20 in Belfast.

Franco starred for Green in Columbia Pictures comedy Pineapple Express, which also starred McBride.

It's pretty awesome. It's not so much a kung-fu movie, he's a tai kwon do instructor. Think Karate Kid + The Bad News Bears.

I moved it to the top of my netflix.

Average rating is 2.9 but for me it's 4.0. If it's half as good as Hot Rod I'll be happy.

Never heard of it being out of print. It's always at Best Buy when I go, and it's in stock at Amazon.

Hmm I read on the IMDB forum awhile back somebody was told when they called Best Buy that once the supply ran out they wouldn't be ordering anymore because it was being discontinued.

It's a BEST BUY exclusive for in stores. You won't find it any where else. Kinda how like Blockbuster was in the late 90's. They had Two Hands with Heath Ledger back when Ten Things I Hate About You came out. That didn't make it into stores until like 2004.

Ten Things? Wow........that takes me back. I remember seeing that in theaters when I was in 7th grade. First time I believe I ever saw Heath Ledger in a movie, and of course Larisa Oleynik from The Secret World of Alex Mack, and David Krumholtz from Addams Family Values and of course the first big movie since Angels in the outfield for the always fantastic Joseph Gordon Levitt. Then there was also Andrew Keegan, WTF happened to that guy? He was a "Teen heart throb" for all the girls in the late 90's and I don't think I've seen or heard anything about him since this movie haha. I used to love 10 Things when I was younger for some reason. Haven't watched it in probably 8 years but they filmed it not too far from where I live. They also filmed The Ring right down the road, for some reason when you want creepiness you come to Washington State, I guess it's all the rain?

I saw it at the drive in when it came out back in '99. I was 9 years old.
