Default The best picture quality on Sci-fi blu-rays

Ok Sci-fi/fantasy fans, now for every recent sci-fi movie obviously shot for HD like Prometheus, Dredd or Inception for example, what about the less obvious ones? here are the ones with the best picture quality. There are the reasons to buy a blu-ray player or PS3 and sci-fi fans would have to agree with these films's picture quality on high def.

1. Alien. (So great yet if not for the old fashioned computers in the film, you think it'd be filmed last year)
2. The Thing (1982).
3. Blade Runner.
4. Aliens (Hell the whole series in the anthology).
5. From Beyond.
6. Sunshine.
7. Jurassic Park.
8. Metropolis (both versions the 1984 edition and Complete version).
9. Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan.
10. E.T.
11. Repo Man.
12. Videodrome.
13. Godzilla (1954) Criterion. (So far an improvement over the shitty sony wonder blu-ray)
14. Star Trek (2009).
15. Wall-E.
16. Close Encounters.
17. Hardware..
18. Battle Royale (hell practically 1 & 2 on Anchor Bay's set).
19. Serenity.
20. Brazil Criterion edition.
21. The Matrix.
22. Terminator 2 Skynet edition.
23. Phantasm 2.
24. Watchmen Ultimate Edition.
25. Forbidden Planet.
26. The Island (2005).
27. The Fifth Element.
28. Dark City Director's Cut.
29. Back to the Future Trilogy.
30. Westworld.
31. Children of Men.
32. V For Vendetta.
33. Total Recall (1990) Mind Bending Edition.
34. The Last Starfighter.
35. Men in Black.
36. 2001.
37. 12 Monkeys.
38. Akira.
39. Ghost in The Shell 2.0
40. A Clockwork Orange.
41. Iron Man.
42. The Incredible Hulk.
43. Independence Day.
44. Tron.
45. Night of the Creeps.
46. They live
47. Terrorvision.
48. Paprika.
49. Creature from the Black Lagoon on the Universal Monster Collection.
50. Event Horizon.
51. Starship Troopers.
52. Transformers.
53. The Fly (1986). (Although it's a nice transfer with some flaws but the coloring is exceptional)
54. Deja Vue.
55. Re-Animator. (Like Fly it's not a perfect transfer but the coloring is vivid no doubt)
56. Gattaca,
57. Minority Report.
58. Cloverfield.
59. Little Shop of Horrors Director's Cut.
60. Star Wars Saga. (Every one of them in the set).

The 60 best looking ones.

What other Sci-fi blu-rays do you also consider with great picture quality?
