Problems ordering blu's from this site

i've ordered several blu's that came from amazon with no problem but i recently ordered Book Of Eli and this is where my confusion begins.

B.O.E. is advertised on this site as a combo pack for $10.99.
cool, great price so i click on buy now and order from amazon.

my box arrives in the mail and i opened the box and was surprised to see it wasn't the combo.
i only recieved the single blu disc version.

confused as to what went wrong i logged on amazon and looked at the order and it only list it as single disc.

when you look at the thumbnail pics one is of single disc and another of combo pack, all under same listing.

so i set up to return disc and they say they will refund my money and i need to reorder.

my problem is when i reorder this movie they are gonna send me the same single blu which is not what i want.

how do i remedy this or is this a problem with our listing?
is there a way i can speak directly with someone at amazon to get this cleared up?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
