LOL. It's weird just seeing him randomly pop up in a Russian film. This was the same time that The Dark Knight came out and he was a prisoner. JSDVD has the Blu-ray and with the price converted to USD, it's about $15.

Russian films do that a lot nowadays - get some B-movie Hollywood star to have a mega cameo in their films. They've done that with Michael Madson and Vincent Perez, and others...

I was searching around and saw a double feature listed and saw this title pop up called Island of the Condemned. I think it's Novaya Zemlya. I think it's just what the Germans call it.
