The Deer Hunter and Mulholland Drive are already out in Region B, so those are probably just a matter of time.

If they won't it's because of:
A - Wouldn't make enough profit.
B - HD masters don't exist.
C - Don't care about it.

If the Blu-ray release were to be a screw up, then I'd prefer sticking to DVD instead.
