Amazon states that Shooter is no longer available and they don't know when or if it will become avaialble.

I've seen it at local stores. Look around, there's more places to buy besides Amazon.

Shooter is officially out-of-print in Blu-ray. Check e-bay, frys, and other online stores to see if they still have a copy for you.

Try Best Buy, Circuit City or Fry's, I'm sure they should have a copy at one of these places.

You should have jumped on Shooter at the end August you have had about 3 months. Have you tried your local retail stores.

It's a great movie...HUNT IT DOWN! A must see, over and over and over again! Sort of like Mr. Brooks...I love that movie! William Hurt and Kevin Costner are DYNAMITE in that movie.

I think about 4 of the Paramount titles are now sold out at Amazon. If you are looking for a Paramount title, you definitely need to get on the ball from whatever source you can, as they weren't kidding. They really aren't pressing any more copies once they're sold out.

The sold out titles at Amazon are:

Shooter
The Untouchables

and Aeon Flux says 5 copies remaining as of now.

Get those Paramount titles you must have while you can!

isnt disturbia sold out on amazon as well? i know thats dreamworks but since paramount owns Dreamworks it also affects Disturbia. i know they got used copies

No. Disturbia says instock and ships from Amazon.com. It is one of the effected titles though. So, it's only a matter of time.

Hopefully I got my copy. I ordered shooter when it said 5 left order soon. So I hope I got a copy expected ship date is 10/31. I called amazon and they said that I got one of the last copies they are getting in for the final orders but you can never believe what they say if not I can still get one somewhere. Only reason I bought it my g/f found a copy of an hd-dvd outside of costco I got dissapointed it wasn't blu-ray.

mwahahahaha my time is at hand. i bought a copy of shooter knowing this day would come. i wanted to keep it sealed so i could sell it for as much as i could. but unfortunately my curiosity got the best of me so i opened and watched it. damn. but i am still willing to sell it. so who wants it? i'll charge say............$40 shipped. mwahahahaha ..........or is it to soon to start scalping paramount releases? i also have sky captain. that one i'd let go for $30. and i gots tickets for the chargers game. GET YOUR TICKETS HERE!!!!!!!!!

Wal-mart.com is out of those 4 as well, however they do have Aeon Flux and all 3 M:I movies instock (although sold as individual titles, not the collection).

I remember when everyone was saying don’t buy anymore Paramount Blu-rays and I was thinking I better get all the films I want before they sale out and as you say you can buy shooter on eBay, but here in the UK shooter is going for around 35 pounds on eBay that's $70 thank god for the US anyone that still wants it should try to get it from an online retailer first before going to eBay unless you live in the US then jump into your car and going shopping before they are all gone

thats what i do. i may end up keeping it. my bd scalping venture probably won't work. to many people with ethics out there selling their copies for cheap.
