Movie Pre-Order bonus items; Who's offering what?

So I tried to do a search on here to see who has the best "bonus item" for different titles on Blu but couldn't find a quick answer forany of them. So what are the best places to pre-order a specific title? well that depends on what you want your bonus to be! This page can be a compilation of "who's got what" for pre-order bonuses. (To clarify, an example of this would be when Lord of the Rings came out Best Buy had "the one ring" as a free gift for pre-ordering). I am actually surprised that this subject isn't a sticky already!
