Should call my cable providor

Some channels are coming in at VHS quality some even look like a bad VHS tape that looks like it was taped on low quality. Some worse than VHS.

Most 95% time look like DVD quality or HD quality but that 5% look like VHS quality or worse a bad VHS tape.

This similar to my other thread on the fuzzing artifacts on the edges.

Is there some thing wrong ? Should I call my cable providor ?

Note these shows where made in the 90's so it not that old.
