The Conversation

I just watched this on Netflix streaming and it is terrific. Gene Hackman at his best along with another incredible directorial achievement from FFC. After I was done I looked the DVD up on AMZ and a new release of it came out just last August... WTF?? Why not put it on BD at the same time? This could be a great digibook!!

There was an easter egg on the Apocalypse Now Blu-ray that said that a The Conversation Blu-ray would be coming soon, so it is in fact coming. Great news, if you ask me.

I'd love to add it to my collection. It is my favorite Coppola film after The Godfather. Harrison Ford was Oscar worthy (in addition to Hackman & Cazale of course).
