I quit school when I was 16, and then got my G.E.D. I'm now 32 and thinking of going back to school - for what I don't know. I'm looking at all these programs, and they all include math courses like algebra and such.
Ok, so between the 16 years I have been out of school I forgot all about fractions, pre-algebra, algebra, working out percentages, and even division. Sure I can divide a little in my head, but I forgot about actually working it out on paper. Am I a dunce? Or can someone else appreciate what I'm going through here? |
