Default Actors or directors from your BLU collection that you've met or seen in person

I've been sitting here in starbucks working on a paper. A few minutes ago, I leaned back to stretch for a bit, and happened to see two guys at the table next to me. One of them looks familiar. Really familiar. Is it someone I've met in a work environment? Or in a social setting? About ten minutes later, it hits me: he's an actor.

Not a big, famous actor. But an actor nevertheless. And I know I've seen him in one of my BLURAY movies. He had a minor role. But I can't remember the movie or this guy's name.

But I know he's been in one of my movies. This ever happen to you?

Met the cast of The Devil's Rejects, Tom Savini and Robert Englund some years back, George Romero too.

Also met Michael Caine briefly at his book signing a couple of years ago.

I've seen the following in person... always from a distance though.

Keannu Reeves
Jennifer Connelley
Ashton Kutcher
Michelle Pfeiffer
Joshua Jackson*
John Noble
Roy Dupuis
Henry Winkler*

And I'm sure there are others that I can't think of right now. Living in Vancouver the last 5+ yrs I stumble upon film sets all of the time. I always try to take 10 or 15 minutes to look around for any familiar faces.

* denotes a quick communication between myself and the listed individual. Mostly just a quick "I really enjoy your work" and recipricatory "Thank you." I keep it brief if I get the chance because I know how annoying it can be for them to be hounded all day by the public.

Talking

Met Jaco van Dormael the director of Mr. Nobody 3 years ago.

Lovely man, we had such a funny conversation, almost took 20 minutes and the press had to wait for him!

Met:
Keifer Sutherland (sold him a tv and other stuff at best buy and went over to his house later that day to install it for him. and no he wasnt wasted and was super cool to me the entire day)
--Joe Pesci - sold him a tv at best buy and met him again on The Voice a few weeks ago (really funny guy)
--Marlon Wayans - sold him a 58" sammy 8000 plasma and othep stuff. He was really cheap and every time he came in he spent a good amount of time asking for discounts on everything (including "throwing in a blu-ray")
--Shia Lebouf - biggest a-hole that we had to deal with. he thinks he's as big as Al Pacino or something...
--Megan Fox - she smells amazing... and was really nice.
--Lorenzo Lamas - worked on a tv show he was on
--Vin Diesel - used to come into my best buy often, he was cool

the dude that played Shia's dad in Transformers and the red hair military dude from transformers

few of the actors from the Office

thats all i can think of now

Met Rob Zombie years ago backstage at a White Zombie show. I'll just say he was having a bad day and didn't want to meet anyone, either that or he is the second biggest a-hole I ever met behind Dave Mustaine. From seeing other interviews and what-not I give him the benefit of the doubt, but man was he was not cool at all that day.

Met Jennifer Tilly and Shannon Elizabeth in Vegas during world series of poker a few years back, both were far sweeter than they needed to be. Wish I had a chance to meat them.

Me either. He seems like one of those young actors that knew the right people early in his career, ended up in some high profile roles, and now thinks he's better than most. Honestly, I think is a-hole attitude comes from thinking he's top s*** AND because he's hated so much lol. I can't remember the last time I heard someone say his name AND something postiive in the same sentence. It doesnt help how awesome he thinks he is either and the fact that he brags and boasts about hooking up with girls that were in relationships at the time.

Lawless is the ONLY movie I can stand him in. He was the worst thing about I,Robot, Constantine, and Eagle Eye sucked.
