UJ-215 Connector - Blu-ray Forum

I work for a company that is developing a system using the new Slimline UJ-215 Blu-ray drive from Panasonic. I cannot locate the mating connector to interface with this drive. It is a "docking bay"-type surface-mount connector, and has 50 pins. The manual says the connector on the drive is a JAE KX15-50KLFL. I haven't found any distributors that carry this. JAE is "Japanese Aerospace Electronics", I think. Does anyone have a clue as to how I can find this? Thanks.

Have you contacted Panasonic and asked if they can provide/tell you where to get one?

the part number is listed in their parts list, but you have to scroll down. They are in numberical/alpha order. It was there I seen it, but I guess you'll have to call about it.

I have contacted Panasonic, but I am still waiting for an answer. Thanks for the possible link to a supplier. JAE announced on their website that those parts will be obsolete soon. So0meone must make this connector if it is on a new-technology drive!
