Default Once Upon a time in Mexico issue with Sony N460

I bought Once Upon a time in mexico today at Best buy for $7.99 I put it in my downstairs sony N460 player and once the menu loaded I couldn't select anything on the screen. I couldn't select play or special features or anything, I thought my remote was not working but when I pressed the display button it displayed what my sound format was and screen format so the remote works. I then took the disc out and tried again but I still couldn't get the disc to start the movie, it just played the menu over again. Does anyone know why this problem might be occuring? I don't have my player hooked up to the internet or anything so its not a BD live issue.

I decided to try the disc on my Sony s360 upstairs and was able to load it up and select features and play the movie after the menu played. It just sucks if I can't watch this movie downstairs.

Thanks for any info.
