Default New Rocketeer comic book out, plus a 20th anniversary event. High chances of blu-ray?

With the new comic book and Disney themselves setting up this 20th anniversary celebration, anybody else think the chance of The Rocketeer getting a blu-ray release(Proper with remaster that actual work was put into and a good amount, maybe even a ton, of special features) this year?

I really hope so, even though I actually gave in and bought the DVD for like 8 bucks a couple days ago. If it is a fantastic release, I won't mind re-buying it on blu. But if it's just a bare bones disc, then it'll bother me a whole lot. I know no matter what I'll buy this when it comes out on blu, so if the blu-ray is a huge improvement in both video/audio quality and special features, then it won't hurt too much to re-buy it.
