It's from the old days when sites (including Amazon) used to put up requested non-titles to solicit customer-order "petitions" for the titles, and keep e-addresses on their database for future sales...
Used to be popular in the 90's, when studios needed a push to release titles; nowadays, it means zilch. NTSH, folks, move on. |
