Not as if said information can easily be found online or even in larger libraries. I'd like to think the BBFC might use some commonsense.

I highly doubt this release will be any different to the US one so I think it will be in there. Remains to be seen whether it gets recalled or whatever though.

If the respective pilot episodes are representative then I would have to give Macgyver the edge over Charmed in the PQ stakes. Not that the Charmed PQ is bad, it's not. It's just a touch softer than the Macgyver transfer, but still pretty good. There's also the issue of the series being re-framed - I didn't really have a problem with this for the pilot (it doesn't look horrific like the Buffy remaster) but purists, well YMMV. Either way, the PQ is a definite uptick from the DVDs.

No extras on either.

Why does it say it's ratio is 1:78 on the back cover when it was shot on 4:3?

Cock-up. It definitely isn’t widescreen.

The US box has it correct, no idea how that didn’t filter through to ours..
