Odeon will be releasing the original Hills Have Eyes 2 on Blu-ray on 28th April 2014:

From contacting them in the past, neither have plans to release the original version

This will be going down in price in no time. I would not even want it for free though. Its just a big pile of useless shit of a movie.

It's the same transfer, there's only 1 HD master owned by the licensor and it's crap….

Odeon Blu-ray releases tend to hold their prices. They rarely drop much below £10

From what reviews I've read of the US bluray for the Hills Have Eyes 2; the transfer is quite good.

The original film released by Image is crap.

I LOVE the remakes of these movies (part 2 was...eh...not so good haha) but the original movies are horrible imo. Never liked those..
