I'd like to extend my appreciation for those who contribute so much good info here. From reading here, I was able to download a firmware update for my player, burn the CD-R correctly, and install the new firmware in the player in about 20 minutes. The help I received must have saved me a few hours on the phone, etc. in accomplishing this.

I know that the update process is not a "biggie" to many of the folks here, but certainly want to thank everyone for providing helpful info.
