The Expendables NL - Ultimate Collectors Edition (limited to 1500 copies)

I thought I would share some pictures of my largest Group Buy at Bluray-Disc.de so far....

The Expendables NL - Ultimate Limited Collector's Edition

This CE is limited to 1500 pieces in NL and contains a lot of nice add-ons to this movie.
Weight of the Box is 1.5 Kg (!!!) and it is really a huge Box. I have good contacts to my local MM in NL and did pre-order them.
Most MM in NL got maximum 20 copies and were sold out within hours.
Looks like a second FNAC Briefcase Inception Edition

That's nice, a special release like the Amazon.de "Expendables" - 'Hero Pack'.

Is that a steelbook with the NL release "T-1000"?

It is not a Steelbook. I have seen this CE, but to be honest, it is not worth the money. It costs around €40, but the things you get feel a little cheap. A few cards, two posters, a zippo, dog tags and a cigar thingy (right?)...no not for me. Movie wasn't that good either.

But still, looks impressive! They were OK with that at MM that you took so much? Last time I bought 10 Prince of Persia Steelbooks, the manager had to come to say yay or nay.

If the manager would tell me I couldnt buy that many copies, I would not buy any at all.

I don't see the problem as long as you pay for them. There's no policy for multiple copies so screw them.

Thank You "Hellrazor" and "Henke007"! It didn't look like a steelbook, but I couldn't tell for sure.

Amazon.de lists the "Hero Pack" as having a steelbook.

I like both sets.

I think as Hardcore Collector, this will be really THE ULTIMATE Set. Of course the gimmicks are not Premium High End Quality, but given the fact you get a 1500 pcs. limited Edition is the thing that also counts.

Cost was 44€ as special offer.

I cannot answer 100% now...but will check tonight. However, I think it did not have any Spanish subtitle.

Well, the guy behind the register said that being a MM Exclusive (just like this box) it could have a limited number per customer. In the end, I got them anyway =)

Yeah, it's objective. Offocurse it is a collector's item. It is mre limited then the Target Iron Man 2 metalcase, and we all know about the quality of that object. If you are a fan, offcourse I think this is the ultimate set. For me, I won't even buy the Blu-ray, but hey, that's me! =)
