Morrisons...... £2!!! Blu-rays.

Probably posting this in the wrong section, but this ones worth shouting about.

I've just been into our local Morrisons and they had a small stack of blu-rays for only £2. Yes.... £2. I picked up '2012' (with a slipcase), 'Hancock' and 'Men In Black'. The only other title they had was 'District 9', but already have that.

It looked as though the shelves had been raided already and I've obviously missed out on a few other titles. It might be worth checking your local Morrisons though.....

Wow that must be the cheapest blu-rays have ever sold for. My local Morrisons is kinda far from me though. But those are good films so would be worth the trip but I have them so would be hoping there would be others

I'd have bought every one of those you listed, if my Morrison's had any in the first place, they'll be gone by the time I can buy any.

EDIT: I'm going tomorrow, not getting my hopes up though.

I just gave them a ring but I was a few minutes passed closing....

The one I want the most out of that list is Men In Black, oh and District 9.

Sorry mate, but I didn't pick up any extras. The reason being is that I'm the first to go nuts when others take the piss with this type of thing just to sell them on ebay, but I've got the day off tomorrow and can scoot down there and take a look for you if you like? When I left earlier the only ones they had left were 'Hancock' 'Men In Black' and 'District 9' (only 2-3 of each). I had the last '2012'.

Thanks. I understand what you mean as the guys and gals who grab 'em all are taking the piss and ruining the good bargains for everyone else!

None of the £2 BD's in my local but there was a whole load of DVD's prices at £2 so I'm thinking that maybe at the OP's store the BD's were mis-priced or something? Oh well, managed to pick up Road to Perdition for £7 so not all bad!

It was a stock clearance with the BD's. The £2 DVD's like Crank, As Good As It Gets, My Girl et cetera have been on offer for a few weeks.

I rang at 8 o'clock this morning and the nice girl working at the Audio Barn went and checked for me but they only had District 9 left.

Ah right, yeah there's a huge stock clearance at mine but none for £2. They had 2012 but that was £12.

It's a long shot but it might be worth getting the items scanned to check. When all the console games went for a couple of quid after Christmas a lot of them were still marked as 12 or 15 quid.
