I am using a different TV since it is smaller and the other one is still in storage but was able to get this out (I couldn't get any games but I have some installed)
I have hooked this up VIA HDMI and Composite which won't output to the Insiginia TV. Should I try Component or is there a way to fix this since I can't pull out the TV until next year or so. |

You shouldn't need to change any settings, when it boots in safe mode it should default to 480p and display on your screen automatically, just choose to start the PS3 normally and then change the resolution settings in the system menu.
