Amazon.com order - Blu-ray Forum

Hey,
Just wondering if anyone can help me out.

I placed an order for quite a few blu rays with expedited shipping (pay import fees upfront) at Amazon US on Wednesday. They dispatched it on Thursday using a company called MSI. The tracking today still shows that they haven't picked it up from Amazon, but Amazon claim they have.

Does anyone have any experience with MSI deliveries to the UK? How long do they normally take and who is the company who makes the delivery to my door?

Could just be a problem with updating the tracking information.

I ordered a BD from the US and the tracking info didn't show it at the JFK hub until the day it arrived here

With my orders on standard delivery they've taken about 8-10days all by MSI, Royal Mail make the final delivery to the door.

I usually find expedited with VAT prepaid takes around a week to arrive, unless they give you a free upgrade to courier which is then a couple of days.
