Default Down to 2 (or 3) Subs...

I am looking into upgrading my entire home theater system in the near future and after much research I managed to narrow my sub selection down to the following 3 choices.

Background: My room size is 17'x12'x8' and I will be using this for almost exclusively watching movies.

Choice 1: Emotiva Ultra Sub 12 (12" Sub @ $430)
Choice 2: Premier Acoustic PA-120 (12" Sub @ $260)
Choice 3: Premier Acoustic PA-150 (15" Sub @ $380)

I know the Emotiva is a sealed sub while the Premier Acoustic's are ported so my question is if it is worth the extra money for the Emotiva and which one do you think will be better for my application. Also, if I was to go with the Premier Acoustic, for my room size, should I be getting the 12" of 15" sub (assuming the price difference doesn't matter). Like I said, this will be used solely for movie watching.

Other Notes: Whichever of these subs I get, I do plan on getting two of eventually (hopefully sooner rather than later).

The $430 for the Emotive is the max I am willing to spend so no suggestions of other $500+ subs

Thanks in advance for your help.
