*NOTE TO MODS: Someone suggested that the threads be merged, and someone else suggested (I think stephie or lucydiamond) that there be a thread for trophy help. So that's what this is. Maybe the wildcat thread can be merged with this, but this subject header be the overall name?*

I thought I would create this thread for those who are in need of online trophies for Burnout Paradise.

There's lots of trophies that depend on teaming up, or multiple people taking part. Too often you have people drop out right before the challenge is done, thus losing you that trophy you've been dying for. (Wildcat anyone?).

Last night I was fortunate enough to team up with three awesome individuals on here (more than three but those three I was kinda conversing with, as much as possible without a headset).

And thanks to their help, I got like six trophies last night. (four of them with their help).

So I thought I'd set up this thread for people to post up WHEN THEY WILL BE ONLINE, and what trophies they need.

And please be specific on what you need. Do you need Marked Man/Road Rage? Bike 10 miles in 8 player lobby? Cops & Robbers?

And hopefully there will be those who, despite perhaps already HAVING those trophies, will help out those who need them.

I will be available anytime in the evening, so just add me on your psn friends list (grootheperverted) and send me an invite. PM me to let me know you sent it.

And I'll be willing to help out in anyway I can.

And PLEASE be reliable. If you say you're gonna help, then please stick around and help those who need the trophies, not just grab your trophies and run. Nobody likes a trophy sneak! I don't know if that's the right phrase, but it's what I have to work with...what with the censor and all.

So have at it people.

EDIT: and please specify in the post whether or not you HAVE the proper downloads needed for those trophies (ie, you've paid for and downloaded the cops & robbers pack). Ya can't get the trophies unless you have the addon.

THESE are the trophies that I need. (updated as of 1:04am Monday PST)

1. Win a game of Cops & Robbers driving the Watson R-Turbo Roadster
2. Complete a Bike Challenge with a Toy Bike
3. Complete a Timed Challenge with all Three Booster Types
4. 10 Timed Challenges
5. Be on the Red Team for an Online Road Rage
6. Send smugshot/mugshot
7. Every Player take a photo for a Party
8. Burnout Paradise Elite.

To try to explain:

Once you are in a game of Burnout, press the right button on the directional pad, this opens up a menu of Freeburn and other stuff.
The top option is FRIENDS, press right to see what friends are online.
when you see one of your friends highlight one of them and press right again to show an invite option highlight it and press right again. There you have invited one of your friends. Now you might have to start your own event to invite them but that is in the list of options as well. But you might be able to invite directly.

Every player take a photo for a party. You do not need to be with 8 people online, just start an 8 person party game (it is local) and with the eye cam take your turns and take a photo of yourself which each person 1-8.

I see your point and I like the idea of this thread, because I believe it is a way to weed out "non-family" but please understand the the Wildcats thread represents a night when a bunch of like minded kats met up and just clicked instantly...some of which became family.

We just CAN NOT eliminate that thread.

Haaaaa...probably. I actually don't use home. Kinda big on the hard drive, but Steph has kinda been turning me around on that.

Nope I don't think so. I am not really a Real Estate agent though so I would not do it justice. If you have enough friends online though it is a great place to meet in one of the personal spaces for live chat, but then again so does wildcat baseball stadium. But live chat is only good if you are good at small talk chick-chat. You know what I mean?

+1 I feel sorry for the girls sometimes with the garbage they must get/hear sometimes. It'd be like being on one of those chat lines that you see advertised late at night.

HOME is terrible for that I watch from the sidelines sometimes and the stuff guys come up with kills me. I think "DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT LINE WILL WORK"

i will admit, the one i use is a tad uncomfortable in the ear, but not enough to keep me from using it alltogether, i dont play online THAT much for it to be too much of a problem
