This got a few good laughs out of me when I rented the VHS tape back in high school. No need to for me to own it on Blu-ray, but it's fun to see that the old-school Troma stuff is seeing the light of day.

This movie was just released this year. You must be thinking of Class of Nuke 'Em High and their sequels (there was 2 of them excluding this new one).

I stand corrected. I was thinking of the first Class of Nuk 'Em High movie.

The original was released on blu-ray back in 2010.

Finally announced! I watched it the other night. So much fun. The original is an all-time favorite of mine.

What do you guys think of the 2 sequels? I really like the first and will buy this new one too, but can't buy everything I'd like to.

The second was okay, about on par with the first, which is to say worth seeing for fans, but unremarkable overall. Part 3 was terrible, a total bore. The third Toxic Avenger film was also the worst in the series, so I hope the newest Nuke 'Em redeems the series like Citizen Toxie did.

I donated to Troma's indiegogo campaign a year ago and am supposed to receive Return to Nuke 'Em High on Blu-ray in special packaging, but that won't be until their documentary Occupy Cannes is released so I might pick this up in the meantime. Lloyd Kaufman has enough of my money already. What's a little more?

Looking forward to this. Does it pretty much follow in the vein of Terror Firmer and Citizen Toxie? That's the impression I get from the trailer. It seems like Kaufman gets sleazier with each movie, heh.

Cool! Have this pre-ordered at Amazon. They don't have a release date listed though.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if an item has a 7-digit SKU in Best Buy's system, then it will be available in stores?

The BD release of this film does have a 7-digit SKU, also it's a Starz/Anchor Bay title, which Best Buy stores tend to carry (at least on release week).

Any idea of whether this indeed comes in a green case or is it just a promotional picture thing? Either way I have my pre order locked and am really looking forward to watching it.
