Over the past several months, I took on the massive [and expensive] task of having my basement completely refinished. It used to be one wide open huge square - now it's separated into four finished rooms, including the dedicated home theater room. I kept the pictures relevant to that room and didn't want to bore everyone with the lengthy construction process. Let's just get right down to the sweets, yeah?

Descriptions, models and explanations are in my gallery link here.

I'll probably do video walkthroughs and show a movie and GTA V (PS4) in a couple days.

I do like the ceiling for sure...do you plan on room treatments?

I have to agree, that ceiling is "cool as hell", excellent job there dominoSTL, well done sir. A large area rug and some acoustic panels on the walls will enhance your already awesome room immensely. Search this forum or the web, there are some pretty inexpensive DIY examples out there.
