I just received Crimson Tide on bluray from a third party seller and noticed on the back of the case both the US and Canadian ratings, which of course causes me to think this is the Canadian version. Are there any differences between the two releases? PQ, AQ, any at all?

Often times the U.S. and CA versions of BDs are identical. What you have to watch out for are Alliance titles, which sometimes take 2.35/40:1 material and slap the 1.78:1 HDTV version on a BD. Blade is the most prominent example I can think of.
