Does anyone know if the German disc has English subs?

Also, how does it compare to the US disc?

No, it does not have english subtitles, the german subtitles are out of sync and the original audio (swiss-german) is totally botched (5.1 is echoing with heavy phase-issues and colapsed soundfield). The german dub is technically serviceable but is very bad in terms of voice-acting/voice-casting. Plus some severe PQ issues with banding. So you should avoid at all cost.

Great movie, hope the US disc is better.
