Villain (Akunin) - UK release cancelled

According to Third Window Pictures facebook, the Blu-ray release of Sang-il Lee's Villain has been cancelled due to a combination of poor box office sales and the riots.

Due to heavy losses sustained in UK Riots and its massive failure at the B.O. the bluray release of 'Villain' has been cancelled. It will be released on DVD only on Dec. 5th as a single-disc release (though there will be some nice extras). The film will still be touring the UK in cinemas so if you want to catch a nice digital presentation of it make sure to see it in cinemas.
