I'm sure Lionsgate just threw both discs into 1 case. I'll buy it since I need save on shelf space. Seems like Lionsgate is releasing a bunch of doubles on the 23rd. The Amazon price of $13.99 seems like a good deal since I don't own these yet.

I would say that's a good price. I like those movies a lot.

Yeah, they both individually seem to be going around that price on Amazon. The individual release of Crank 2 has a Digital Copy with it, I'm sure that's probably expired by now.

2 really went over the line, especially with the head...that crap was kind of creepy. But both are decent flicks. That mall scene in the first one was filmed up the street at Montebello Mall.

Horrible artwork. Lionsgate appears to be milking The Expendables to the max!

2 movies in one case right? (I'm fine with that being that they go together)

I wanted Angel Heart / Johnny Handsome but not if it looks like the legends (aka Expendables) artwork above and are bundles in the same case.. forget it.

There are very few circumstances where I will pick up a single case with multiple movies in it. This is not one of them.

Of course it's probably good for the people who will be dipping their toes into Blu-Ray this holiday season, so it's existence isn't completely unreasonable.

(Yes, I'm another one of those damn OCD collector types)

Hopefully this is not the final cover art but I have a feeling it is.

All Lionsgate 2-packs that are coming out on the 23rd have that Expendables logo.

Wal Mart has this and all the other Legends sets for 10 bucks. I'll buy it mainly because my seperate Blu's where stolen...and it's only 10 bucks.

Its such a good price for two awesome movies. But I hate when they pack two movies into one unless its like a boxset. As others have mentioned, the cover art is terrible.

hi, I know some people are saying they are already selling this in wal-mart. can anyone that's picked this up confirm that the blu-rays in this pack are the same as if I bought each one individually? I.E. same quality, supplements, etc? thanks!

they are. the discs are just the discs as the singles tucked into a 2 disc case

I don't really see the problem in packagaing these two movies together. You get two fun movies, on blu ray no less, for what basically amounts to 5 bucks a movie (not to mention that both are packed with features). I didn't own either yet, and plus, Crank one and Crank two just looked weird standing next to each other on the shelf (I'm OCD like that). For all of that together, I can look past an Expendables icon on the front.
