Hi

I read about this on the apple support forums and when I checked it was the same issue for me.

Basically a percentage of your movie titles redeemed do not appear on on the purchased tab in iTunes. Typically these will be from Digital Copies from Blu Ray and DVD.

So what you think you have backed up isn't.

You also need them to appear in the purchased tab if you have an AppleTV or iOS device to access them for example.

The work around is to redeem them again and only then do they appear in iCloud.

I had to do this for:-

The Big Lebowski
Black Swan
The Blues Brothers
Captain America
Narnia The Voyage of the Dawn...
Cash of the Titans 2010
Cowbows and Aliens
The Eagle
Green Lantern
Jurrasic Park
Love and Other Drugs
Night at the Museum 2
Rango
Rio
Rise of the Planet of Apes
Scarface
Sanctum
Super 8
Thor
True Grit
Unstoppable
X-men First Class

Problem Titles

American Pie 2 - Never Appears in your purchased history
Valkyrie-Never Appears in your purchased history
Hanna -Never Appears in your purchased history
Sucker Punch has expired so cant be added.

If you have lost the original key, you obviously wont be able to add.

All mine seem to be in my "purchased" tab. Including ones you've listed. eg. Sucker Punch, American Pie 2, Jurassic Park, X-Men: First Class

i got HD copies of black swan and (500) days of summer when i re-downloaded them recently.

i know this because i had to delete them and download the SD version because the HD versions would not add to my iphone 3gs
