Should've waited for the XBR4 or 5, you know.

And as for showing off -- Pixar is as good as they get.

You will be happy with your purchase. Cars and Rattouille. Surprisingly, The Simpsons looked very good. Pirates looks great too.

'Cars', 'Pirates 2', and 'Galapagos' are what I always use to show off quality of my TV and Blu-ray. With those choices I get to show live action film, animation, and documentary styles. All 3 make people realize just how consistently amazing the format is!

Oh, and as for games, the best to show are 'Unreal Tournament III' and 'Uncharted: Drakes Fortune'. Absolutely mind boggling how nice these look for games.

My Dad and my uncle both bought Blu-Ray players after watching Cars in Blu-ray at Christmas time, funny thing is my dad barely watches Movie at all, but i guess that happens when you have money to spare on things you don't really need lol. BTW It was only on a 42 inch Samsung Plasma at 720p not even in 1080p!
