Default Need more HDMI inputs

Forgive me if this subject has been a thread before. I could not find one. Ok here the problem, I have 5 HDMI inputs on the back of my 3310. Well thats not enough. I could use, for sure one more if not two. What can be done about this? I'm sure others have had this problem, how did you solve it? Short of buying a new receiver. Hey thanks for any and all help.

The cheaper version is to buy a HDMI switch like this .

Monoprice

Thanks first off.

I would guess, I would take the out on the switch and hook it to a input on the receiver???? That would then add 4 more inputs.

I use a 3x1 switch from monoprice. Works perfectly. But, HDMI can be squirrelly and there's no way to know whether all of your devices will play nice through a switch without trying it out.

Another option is using component video/optical audio for some devices or connecting some devices directly to the display for HDMI video. There are lots of choices considerably less expensive than getting a new receiver.

I have a 4x2 HDMI matrix (same idea with 2 outputs) from monoprice, and it works perfectly.

Default recommended hdmi switch blu-ray?

looking for a good hdmi switch for a panasonic bd75-dmp blu-ray player...have tried the monoprice 4x1 listed above with interesting results.

using the monoprice switch all attempted blu-rays work perfectly (menu/previews) until i start playing the movie. once the film starts, what appears to be a security feature is activated. the screen begins to have random white lines appearing and disappearing, and the audio constantly pops. the all movies play fine with direct connection to the television. i have changed everything except the player, tv, and switch (soon to be RMA'd) to no avail

as a side note, i also can't get the monoprice switch to work with my pc. feeding through an ATI 4250HD integrated chipset on a biostar 880G mobo.

all advice greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
