I like the Tony Bennett Blu performance, myself, but that's my opinion.

I've only heard this one, but Nine Inch Nails: Beside You In Time is still unrivaled for sound quality in my collection. Video is good too, and the bitrate was tweaked for Blu-ray vs. HD-DVD.

I haven't seen what it looks like on Blu yet, but the Last Waltz is one of the best concert films I've ever seen. Check out Van Morrison hopping around in that crazy jumpsuit.

That one is utterly amazing. Utter simplicity and acoustic heaven.

They released Rattle & Hum on Blu, but I'm hoping U2 releases Vertigo: Live in Chicago. I've seen U2 on a number of different tours, and this one was awesome.

Now being a country music fan, I'd also love to see the George Strait - Alan Jackson - Jimmy Buffet Live at Texas Stadium on Blu-ray or even DVD in this case.

Last summer I saw the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill concert in Anaheim, CA. They were filming in Hi-def that night, but the camera operators had no idea if it would be released on blu or not (we had amazing seats and I was able to speak with a few of the techs).

The Dave Matthews BD has the best sound I have ever heard from a disc. The Dolby TrueHD 96/24 track is amazing and almost 3 dimensional. Bitrate was pretty high at a 9.5 at times. I was awestruck by its clarity and realism. I know DVD-Audio sounds just as good at times, but not with the 1080P picture to boot. A must-have for any fan of the guitar or Dave Matthews.

I wish an HD crew had followed Tom Waits around on tour last year. I didn't get to go see him, although I've heard some audience tapes of high enough quality to know I missed something special.

Agreed - the audio on this disc is insanely good - rivalling the best SACD's and DVD-Audio discs.

Great performances too.

I also would rate the NIN disc very highly, but aurally the Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds disc takes the cake for me.

(I've seen Dave 33 times in concert, so I might be a little biased.)
