Dolby Headphone Amplifier

I am planning to purchase a headphone amplifier, as I like to watch movies in night but can't play it on my home theatre at that point of time.

I am having Yamaha RXV-373 amp having the feature of 'Silent Cinema' stating that it allows you to get 5.1 surround on standard stereo headphones. I hooked my Phillips and Sony headphones to it but didn't get any surround sound.

I am a bit confused that whether I should go with purchasing a Dolby Certified Headphone and hook it with my amp or I should purchase a separate headphone amp. I am looking forward to get this headphone amp:-

Anyone got any info about this products performance.

What should I go with a Dolby Heaphone or a Headphone amp?
