Default Old PSN email sign in/Password - help!

I am just getting around to updating my PSN log on, and unfortunately, I have an old email and password that I have saved to keep me logged in whenever I wanted to use the PSN store.

Well, I go to reset password (to eventually get to changing my email address), and the email they gave me was in Japanese. I think this is due to the fact, that I have a Japanese account on my PS3 to pull some demos a few years ago.

I am stuck on how to get an English directed email sent my way.

Any help here would be appreciated.

I am signed in under my English account when I do this too.

And to clarify, I do not know what the password was that I had used way back when. Ugh, frustrating!

Double edit:

Ah, well now I know why it sent me the Japanese email... When I set up my Japanese account, I had used my current email, which is also the one that I had sent the change password too.

I guess the bigger question would be this:

How do you change your PSN log on email and password, when you do not have access to the email, and you do not remember the password?

Triple edit:

By an act of god, I remembered my old password. Weird. All is solved - thanks to any would be helpers!

Mods, you can close/delete as this topic is no longer needed.

Thanks
