How come Amazon hasn't figured out that this disc is not coming out?

Well - they are saying the release has changed from Oct 2nd to Dec 4th - not sure why they would be specific.

Probably a weird quirk of their system, as the other post mentioned I am now getting an error when I try to look into the status, maybe they are updating it to canceled.

That has happen for all my Paramount pre-orders. I just approve it and I will wait and see what happens.
