I started a thread yesterday but I think it was wiped out with the forum switch.

Anyways, I decided to pick up an Xbox 360. Got the Halo Edition. Seems like a very cool system. I guess my question is - how many Blu/PS3 owners also have a 360?

Please rest assured that I will not be purchasing the HD-DUD add on! So no worries there.

Both my brothers have 360's so I thought it was about time for me to get one too.

My bro has one and there are sweet system with alot of good games but Im gonna stick it out with the ps3 cause a few years from now the games for the ps3 will far surpass what the xbox can do

Had a 360 since i won it a week before it was out and also have a PS3...i like the balance, and no way will i get the HD DVD ad on.

if both ur brothers have a 360 why not just buy them halo and play on one of theirs for the 2 hours youll be interested in it?

like im not even kidding every single person i know who has bought a 360 rants about how shit my ps3 is and how sick halo is and then like a week later they come back and ask me what to do if they see red lights around their 360. and no joke like hardly anyone i talked to got an extended warranty

I play good games on my 360 and also use it for HDDVD. That said, I prefer PS3 games and Blu-ray whenever possible due to the superior performance, audio output, and quieter nature of the PS3.

I have both. I bought Xbox 360 since launch, Had no problems with it up until I sold it. Then I bought the Xbox 360 Elite and I still don't have any problems. Three of my friends also have Xbox 360 since launch and none of them have any problems, all of them are still working fine for almost two years now.

thats good then. im just going with experience 3 of my friends bought one and all three of them experienced the same problem. like not one person i know has a working one lol

My brothers both have the premium systems and no issues and they have had it for about a year or so now.

My brother is selling his today and picking up the Halo edition as well. We both have extended warranties. Mostly because electronics today are fragile and I would rather spend 60 bux in case shit happens instead of being up shits creek because I was a cheap ass.
