Does Barnes & Noble ship with slipcovers?

(I don't know if it's the right section, sorry)
I live in Europe and I have been and Amazon customer for almost 7 years. A couple of months ago, the slipcovers they shipped looked like they had been run over and stepped on and the box sets came with dents and markings. Now, the orders are shown as delivered but I never get anything. I'm tired and done. I don't want to have to call or chat with them anymore. I don't want any more frustrations.
So, I was wondering if Barnes and Noble is any good and, more importantly, if they ship with slipcovers? Or does anybody know another site that ships items in good condition?
