Apologies if this has already been brought up but...I got The Day After Tomorrow this week and was really looking forward to watching it again. I managed to enjoy it but was very annoyed throughout that the circular menu, which exits vertically upwards when you close it, remains visible throughout 80% of the movie! Just a barely visibile but noticable light strip at the top left of the screen. Occasionally it would get smaller and disappear, then reappear, and at times I could see motion on it, so presumably it's constantly animated/moving throughout the film. How did this happen? I tried everything to get rid of it, and bar cropping the ratio on my actual TV, which I'm not going to do, there was no way to do so. I could deal with the fact the film has no standalone menu, but that was ridiculous!
