Ocean Strategy PR Meltdown

This is a must read guys, I found this via VG247.com this morning.

The donation is in response to an email back-and-forth between a customer who ordered the product and the firm’s PR representative at the time, Ocean Stratagy’s Paul Christoforo.

Apparently, the customer was wondering why he had not been informed that the device would not shipped by the promised date after pre-purchasing it, which eventually resulted in an incoherent email meltdown by Christoforo.

Things got worse after Penny Arcade and PAX co-founder Mike Krahulik became involved

Can you imagine this guy? What a pompous a**hole. I'm glad he was fired, and to the companies credit they donated $50,000 to Child's Play. But it still makes me want to track this guy down and punch him in the balls.
