Default Sony Bravia KDL-46EX500 Audio Settings

Can anyone share what their audio settings are set to on this model of LCD TV? I've had the TV for nearly a year now and I'm still trying to configure the TV speaker settings to try to reduce the amount of vibrations that occur when a sound that has low bass and high treble when I play my BD's on it. I don't have any HT hardware hooked up to it like a receiver, additonal speakers, subwoofer, etc. I've just been running everything from the two TV speakers.

My current audio settings are:

Sound Mode: Dynamic
Treble: +5
Bass: +5
Balance: 0
Volume Offset: +3
Steady Sound: Off
