Default Ray Harryhausen bias?

Hey guys, just a question because I'm truly confused by it...

Why does Ray Harryhausen merit a special credit in the subtitle lines of his blu-ray entries when other artists do not?

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Myste...Blu-ray/29048/
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/20-Mi...h-Blu-ray/501/

It seems like a rather arbitrary decision that would only serve the aesthetic choice of whomever put it there. I thought these lines were for alternate titles and special edition distinctions, not as a searchable database of actors, directors and especially creators of special effects...

Just explain it to me please. Not trying to be a jerk.

Sometimes those works as "search catchers" when the titles are more known by another name than the actual title name. For example The Dark Knight has "Batman" as subtitle, all James Bond titles have "James Bond" etc. There are actually a lot of those titles.

So it's no bias, just trying to help people find what they are looking for

Things will be "smoother" when cast and crew is fully functional/implemented

In the case of Harryhausen it's like iceman says, a way to find the titles in the search as they are "Harryhausen" movies, but he doesn't act or "direct" them, and at the beggining of Blu-ray there were a few scattered offerings (one or two individual in the US, other individuals in the UK, plus a a Box in the US later, so it you had an US individual you'd double dip with the box, so to get the other "Harryhausen" movies you'd have to search for them, etc, if I recall correctly)

AHA! I never noticed the Batman or James Bond entries. Makes sense now. Thanks!
