I have a Linksys WRT54GC and it is awesome - it even supports an attenae in case you need to boost your signal throughout the house.

Use a Buffalo Technologies router. The PS3's network is setup specifically for the AOSS feature that Buffalo routers offer. If you get a Buffalo router, you can have a secure wireless network in about 2 minutes.

Airport extreme, powerful connection anywhere, worth every dollar, it is sold usually for macs, but it works great with PC and wireless connections

I have a SMC, works well wireless. Signal strength is about 70%, never lose the signal, online doesnt lag. Downloads are faster when I connect the connection directly though.

I use an Apple Airport Extreme 802.11b/g and have had no issues. Works great.

I use a Linksys WRT54GS. Works good but if you dont know much about setting it and the PS3 up, its a pain in the butt. Might wont to try the Buffalo that CYORG is talking about. If I had to do it over again, I would try something else. The Linksys works fine thow.

I use an airport extreme and it is great. It will work with a Mac, PC or PS3. Also if you ever get a computer that utilizes the new 802.11n standard it will run that too.
