Default Denon AVR-3312

Hi guys

Just want your opinion. I currenty have a Denon AVR-4306. I really don't have any issues with the amp...love the power/sound and functionality. I'm thinking of replacing my amp with the Deonon AVR-3312. It has a bit less power then the 4306, but I will only be driving the surround speakers as I have a power amp for the fronts, so that isn't the biggest issue. I don't have space for the front height speakers...will only be using 7.2 setup.

My first question....I read about all the specs etc. so I know about all the functionality of the amp, but will it really such a big step up from the 4306? The 3d part really doesn't bother me, but I have a PS3 and Xtreamer, so I have never "heard" true HD sound as the 4306 isn't capable of playing true HD, hopefully I said it correctly...

My second question....The 3312 has 2 sub outputs. When I setup the amp with the auto setup, will it automaticaly pick up the 2 subs or must it be set somewhere as I have 2 12' subs and do each one's setup seperatly. Can anyone that has the 3312 help here?

My last question....Is there any other amps in the same price range or for a bit less, that will give me the same or more then the Denon AVR-3312? I was looking at the Anthem range, but I'm struggling to get a dealer close to me....
