I'm wondering is this title HMV exclusive atleast for some time period, cuz i can't find it on amazon.co.uk or dvd.co.uk. It's listed for release on 21/12/09 only on HMV, on the other hand play.com has it listed for release in April 2010?

Also i'm wondering about this release specs cuz i'm really confused.

I would suggest using cheapbluraymovies.co.uk rather than dvd.co.uk as it will show you Blu-Ray's rather than a mixture.

Looks like it could be a HMV exclusive, atleast for now, but will soon be released in all online retailers.

Its not listed as a HMV Exclusive. Anyway, please tell if you do get it as this has been on the release schedule for ages and slowly keeps getting pushed back.

Just few minutes ago lovely chap from Hmv customer care said that they have bad boys blu-ray in stock and i should not be worried, unfortunately he couldn't explain why only hmv has it in stock for release on 21st/12/09

anyway i'll see if this is website mistake or not next week

Well, four months ago thehut.com shipped me the br of 48 hours (eddie murphy). thehut was the only shop with this br. so maybe hmv really has bad boys. I just ordered the br, too. let's hope for the best.

This Blu-ray has been floating about on store pre-order pages for years

Play.com had it listed throughout 2008 for many different dates, the last one being 28th December 2008 - as that date came and went they moved it to 21st December 2009... now that that date has arrived, they've moved it to 19th April 2010 (http://www.play.com/DVD/Blu-ray/4-/6...s/Product.html)

Quite honestly, i don't think this Blu-ray was EVER official announced... but the stores have probably taken so many pre-orders at this point, they are reluctant to remove it from their listings... (for fear that everyone will just jump ship and pre-order from a different store still listing it)

I can't say as i've heard ANY solid news about this title from the studio.

well my order status changed from "pre-order item not yet issued by supplier" to "On special order with our suppliers" i'm asking wtf? anyway i don't think i'll get it anytime soon.

And HMV do, and June 7th is a Monday so it sounds like it might finally be released.

I'm really happy, I just had a despatched email from Zavvi, for Bad Boys. I normally use Play.com, but I'm so impressed with Zavvi today, as I only ordered it 2hrs ago!!!!!!! How fast is that......
This is my first time with Zavvi are they always this fast????

First of all congrats on the speedy service.

But doesn't it depend on which day you place the order? or is Play.com generally slow with dispatching?

I'm not sure!!! I'm just impressed with the 2hrs time it took when I ordered the item to the despatched stage. Play.com and Amazon normally take a day or too.

Mine should be here tomorrow, as it was despatched yesterday (Wednesday 2nd) from HMV and so far i've always got stuff from them within 2 days.
