A Good Old Fashioned Orgy on Blu-ray?

Does anyone know if there is any word for a release date of A Good Old Fashioned Orgy on Blu-ray? To me the movie was very underrated and easily the funniest movie of 2011 besides Bridesmaids. I hope it gets a release date soon because i'll buy it day 1.


Right now the movie only has an Unrated DVD release which is still going for full price online.

I totally forgot about this movie. I heard about the cast and wanted to see it but never did. I will totally blind buy this just based on that lineup of talent. The pudgy guy front right, he was the ape handler in ROTPOTA, and he's also the wisecracking best friend on some show with Jason Biggs. I like him. Funny dude. I'm guessing his name is Tyler Labine since I know Sudeikis, Nick Kroll and Martin Starr.

It's a really funny flick. Very original as well. I truthfully don't know any other comedy to relate it to.

Yeah that's Tyler Labine. He was on the show Reaper on The CW which was awesome and very short-lived. And yeah, he was on the show Mad Love with Jason Biggs which was also short-lived as well. It's definitely has a great cast, and they all get to show off their comedic talent in it. Mainly Sudeikis who is hysterical.

sony also did this to Hostel 3. and they came out on the same day. they do this with movies that they dont think will sell

I remember seeing the trailer for this & thinking it looked hilarious, can't believe with this cast that there wouldn't be a blu-ray release for it, not even it other countries! I thought we were past those days of DVD only releases

I hate when I am watching a movie on dvd (only because it's a title not released on blu) and they have a ad for the Blu-ray format! If they are wating to push the format, release everything on blu!

Yeah, it's too bad Sony passed on this one for blu-ray. I would've definitely dropped $20-$25 for the BD, but I just can't pull the trigger on a DVD at that same price. Maybe when it's $10.

On one of the other threads on this forum someone posted that the UK BD had been moved to second quarter, as per someone at G2 Films (who is releasing in the UK).

There will definitely be a Russian BD with English audio later this month and a Dutch BD from dfw.nl with English audio later this year. The illegal BD rip could have come from an early Russian disc.
