Other than the actual site, who sells Emotiva products and is one distributor better than the other ??

I don't think there are any at all, but I wish there were, as it would make it easier to purchase for many people. Oppo did this some years ago, and it's working out quite nicely for them.

None. They are an internet based company selling manufacturer direct to the public in order to keep prices down.
