Default Saw & Saw 2 BDs vs. DVD

What do you guys think of "Saw" and "Saw 2" on BD vs. standard DVD?

DVD looks good. Have not seen the BD versions.

FYI - there is a Saw 4 coming.

better in that the gore and other similar aspects of the movie are high definition. if you are a huge saw fan, pick em up...but i already had the dvds so i only rented them, and i'm not gonna rebuy them (in other words, the quality isn't great enough to replace dvd with blu for a movie like that)

I'd like to buy the SAW films on BD, but since SAW 1 is only the R-rated cut I know there will be a double dip in the future.
